‘Alya’ means the sky in old Turkish, so that this project presents green fields and a shiny pool to provide you with a peaceful life.

With every detail carefully planned, a view of the sea and historic atmosphere, it manages to be the address of happiness.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT

This project consists of 4 individual villages and a historical monument built on the same plot of land. All four of the villas are identical and each of them consists of a garden floor (with swimming pool), ground floor, first floor and loft floor. Each villa covers a total footprint area of 850 m2, is equipped with a panoramic elevator and a glass staircase serving all four floors to emphasize the beauty of the landscaping of its garden.

Garden floor: 300 m2 with living room, hobby room, Turkish bath, sauna, kitchen, servant’s room, shower for the pool, toilet, and garage.

Ground floor: 140 m2 with living room, fireplace area, kitchen, veranda.

First floor: 160 m2 with four master bedrooms including the main master bedroom with its own dressing room.

Loft floor: 65 m2 with living or bed room and the best view.External surfaces clad with first class wood material and natural stone; the roof built of titanium alloy. Surface area of the swimming pool is 70 m2.
